HPC-8080 is a practical equipment specially developed based on the many years of practical experience of nearly more than 400 end customers in the electrical complete set industry with HPC-8040 invented by our company in 2014. It is suitable for the tube inserting and inkjetting of switchgear harness and full-automatic production of harness nose crimping.

Wire Processing
▪ Able to meet the 0.5-4mm2 processing requirements for extremely short wire (100mm) and extremely ong wire (100m) of conductor (BVR/RV/low-smoke halogen-free wire)
▪ The finished wire is in a straight line state, without manual line management, sorting.
Production mode
▪ Applicator-changing-free crimping with 2 groups of wires, 2 groups of number tubes and 24 groups of crimping jaws
▪ Up to 950 pcs/h efficiency in batch production mode

▪ Seamless docking of processing work order files generated by domestic and foreign 3D wiring design software
▪ MES standard interface, OEE custom development management module
