Product Overview
The HDC-960/961 Full-automatic multiple wire splicing machine is designed for intelligent manufacturing of wire harnesses in industries such as automotive and home appliances. The equipment integrates end-to-end processes including wire feeding, wire cutting, crimping, riveting, wire splicing, heat-shrink tubing loading, positioning and alignment, ultrasonic welding, heat-shrink forming, and automated collection of qualified and non-qualified products, enabling fully automated processing from raw wire to finished wire harness. The machine supports optional modules such as ultrasonic welding, U-shaped terminal crimping, and rubber-coating, making it adaptable to a wide range of processing requirements.
Product Advantages
- Controlled by an industrial PC, compatible with MES system integration, and supports modular functional expansion.
- Only manual loading of wire, waterproof connectors, terminals, and heat-shrink tubing is required; all other processing is fully automated by the equipment.
- Supports up to 48 wire extension options, with the ability to configure varying numbers of crimping stations and waterproof gland stations.
- Parameters can be conveniently and flexibly configured, with support for process storage and one-click import.
- Equipped with crimp force monitoring and CCD visual inspection to prevent defective products from entering the production line.
