The HIC-540/HIC-520 fully automatic intelligent wire harness assembly machine integrates single- or dual-head stripping, crimping, and plastic housing insertion into a single system, supporting flexible process sequencing. It is equipped with a high-precision pressure management system for real-time monitoring of crimp quality, an optional CCD vision inspection system to ensure consistent product appearance, and a pull-out force test to guarantee connection reliability, providing an intelligent solution for wire harness manufacturing.
The HIC-520 supports single-head molded connectors, while the HIC-540 supports dual-head molded connectors, making them suitable for automotive wiring harnesses and home appliance/electronic wiring harnesses.
