The HPC-8080 is a practical, purpose-built device developed based on our company’s 2014 invention, the HPC-8040, and drawing on the many years of hands-on experience accumulated by nearly 400 end customers in the electrical switchgear industry. It is designed for fully automated production of secondary-circuit bushing printing and wire-nose crimping.

Application Scenarios

 

Wire Processing

▪ Can accommodate 0.5–4 mm 2 Processing requirements for conductor lengths: ultra-short (100 mm) and ultra-long (100 m) for BVR/RV/low-smoke halogen-free cables.

▪ The finished wires are straight, eliminating the need for manual wire sorting and organization.

Production model

▪ Two sets of wires, two sets of numbered sleeves, and 24 sets of crimping dies that eliminate the need for die changes

▪ Efficiency of up to 950 rods per hour in mass production mode

Digitalization

▪ Seamless integration with processing work order files generated by domestic and international 3D wiring design software

▪ MES standard interfaces, OEE custom development and management module
