The HPC-9060 fully automatic sleeve-and-terminal crimping machine is specifically designed for the electrical industry, integrating multiple functions in one: wire cutting, stripping, sleeve application, marking, heat-shrinking, crimping, and inspection. It supports wire gauges from 0.5 to 4 mm², features vibratory bowl feeding and XY-axis robotic arm loading, and incorporates die-free changeover technology, thereby enhancing production speed and accuracy to meet the demands of fast-paced, diversified manufacturing environments.

Wire Processing
▪ Can accommodate 0.5–6 mm 2 Conductor ( BVR/RV/ Low-smoke, halogen-free cable – ultra-short length 100mm ) and the extremely long line ( 100m ) processing requirements
▪ The finished wires are straight, eliminating the need for manual untangling and sorting.
Production model
▪ Six sets of wires, four sets of numbered sleeves, and 24 sets of crimping dies for die-free crimping.
▪ One machine meets all standard secondary wire terminal crimping needs.
▪ Capable of supporting both mass production and single-piece flow production (project-based manufacturing).
Digitalization
▪ Seamlessly integrates with processing work order files generated by domestic and international 3D wiring design software.
