Recently, the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology announced the list of provincial-level enterprise technology centers selected for inclusion and cultivation—25 enterprise technology centers from Xiamen made the cut.
Haiprui: Harnesses "Intelligently" Crafted to Achieve Cost Reduction and Efficiency Enhancement
HaiPuri, the selected company, specializes in the R&D, production, and sales of advanced digital wiring harness processing equipment. Its products are applied across multiple industries, including power, telecommunications, transportation, and new energy. In recent years, the new-energy vehicle industry has experienced rapid growth, driving a surge in demand for high-voltage wiring harness equipment. In 2022, HaiPuri took the lead by introducing an intelligent solution for new-energy high-voltage wiring harnesses, seamlessly integrating core technologies such as high-precision 3D vision and multi-robot flexible collaboration. This innovation has significantly enhanced both the efficiency and safety of product manufacturing, paving the way for a transformative shift in high-voltage harness production—from reliance on manual labor to AI-driven automation.
Li Ye, General Manager of Xiamen Hapri Technology Co., Ltd.: "In the field of new-energy high-voltage harnesses, the processes were traditionally complex and demanded extremely high technical expertise—essentially a 'no-man's land.' Previously, if manual labor was used, it would typically require 50 to 60 workers on a single production line. But since we introduced our equipment, we’ve been able to reduce that number dramatically, down to just around 10 people. As a result, both their production efficiency and the quality of their output have seen significant improvements."
Relevant officials stated that the company's technology center has more than 100 R&D personnel, with annual R&D investment accounting for approximately 12% of its total revenue. The team includes seasoned experts in mechatronics, as well as top-tier talent specializing in artificial intelligence and the industrial internet—providing robust support for the company's high-quality growth and development.
