Ten years in a row, old equipment upgraded again.
Recently, a Hapri HPC-8040 fully automatic sleeve and terminal crimping machine—purchased in 2016 by Xi'an XD Group—has been successfully returned to our company for comprehensive technical upgrades and modifications.
Upgrade Details
Since its delivery in 2016, the HPC-8040 equipment has consistently and reliably supported Xi'an Xidian's wire harness production tasks, becoming a dependable component of their intelligent manufacturing system. The key highlight of this upgrade service is the transition of the numbering machine’s marking method—from traditional inkjet technology to a high-definition, permanent color ribbon thermal transfer printing approach. Additionally, the equipment features a newly upgraded wire-releasing mechanism and has undergone precise optimization of the terminal vibration feeder, ensuring perfect compatibility with the latest terminal-end technology requirements. This technological iteration significantly enhances the durability and clarity of the markings, effectively addressing longstanding issues such as blurriness and easy detachment inherent in the previous process. Meanwhile, by integrating cutting-edge electrical control and drive technologies, the overall operational precision and production efficiency have been dramatically improved, enabling customers to effortlessly tackle even the most complex and intricate wire harness processing tasks.
