The fully automated high-voltage wire production line is specifically designed for the standardized manufacturing of high-voltage wiring harnesses for new-energy vehicles. It integrates multiple process stations, covering key modules such as rear-cover assembly, rain-seal insertion, outer-jacket spiral cutting, aluminum-foil removal, shield-mesh cutting, shield-mesh back-flanging, inner-jacket spiral cutting, inner-and-outer-ring assembly, shield-ring crimping, terminal ultrasonic welding, terminal crimping, heat-shrink tubing application, and plastic-housing assembly.
