The HIC-650/650B Full-automatic heat-shrink tube insertingand terminal crimping machine for large-gauge wires is specifically designed for 4–50 mm² cables and offers two flexible processing modes: First, the A end can be equipped with rainproof plug-in crimp terminals, while the B end can be configured either with heat-shrink tubing crimp terminals or loose-particle terminals, accommodating a wide range of application scenarios. Second, both the A and B ends can be fitted with heat-shrink tubing crimp terminals, enabling standardized processing and boosting efficiency. The equipment features automated feeding via a “six-axis robot plus tray-based/flexible vibratory feeder” system, ensuring high efficiency and precision. It also integrates heat-shrink tubing positioning and heat-shrinking stations, delivering robust functionality to support highly efficient production.
