Product Overview
The TCM-80SC-C New energy stripping and crimping machine enables semi-automatic processing of wire stripping and terminal crimping. It features a high-speed, four-knife rotary stripper that performs full-circumferential cutting to minimize tensile variation. A servo-driven crimping system with a chain-type terminal press accommodates multiple die specifications for quick die changes. Equipped with a pressure-management unit, it provides real-time monitoring of crimping data to ensure crimp quality. Additionally, it includes built-in overload protection to guarantee operational safety.
