HIC-650 large-square-line fully automatic heat-shrink tubing terminal crimping machine, specifically designed for 6–16 mm² cable design, offering two flexible processing modes: First, End A is fitted with crimped chain-type terminals, while End B can be equipped with either heat-shrink-sleeve crimped chain-type terminals or loose-leaf terminals, making it suitable for a wide range of applications. . Second, Both the A and B ends are fitted with heat-shrink tubing and crimped with loose-particle terminals, achieving standardized processing and improving efficiency. The equipment employs automated feeding via a “six-axis robot + tray-feeding/flexible vibratory bowl” system. High efficiency and precision. The equipment integrates heat-shrink tubing positioning and heat-shrinking stations, delivering powerful functionality to drive efficient production.
