The distribution-box connector solution boasts highly efficient processing capabilities, capable of handling both 0.5 mm² signal wires and 6 mm² high-voltage cables, as well as fiberglass tubes with diameters ranging from 400 to 500 mm. This solution enables fully automated production, encompassing wire cutting, insertion into fiberglass tubes, heat-shrink tubing application, heat-shrink positioning, terminal crimping, jacket insertion, and other processes. It also automatically performs connector assembly operations such as sealing-ring installation, adhesive application, rear-cover mounting, label affixing, and laser marking. This automated production model significantly enhances manufacturing efficiency, ensures product consistency and quality, reduces reliance on manual labor, and empowers enterprises with greater market responsiveness.
