The HPC-3019 fully automatic terminal crimping machine is a versatile wire harness processing device that performs wire cutting, stripping (partial or full), crimping of terminals at both ends, wire collection, and inspection. It features a stable and reliable overall structure, high crimping accuracy, excellent electromagnetic compatibility, user-friendly operation, and comprehensive functionality.

One-Click Parameter Import
▪ Processing work orders can be directly imported using the Hapriu factory-standard work order format, reducing the time required for data entry.
▪ Can be integrated with the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) to retrieve work orders (requires paid custom development).
Modular Software Design
▪ Dedicated position-control module: precise positioning, stable operation, and easy upgrades and expansions.
▪ Implement database management for wire stripping, crimping, and other related data, enabling convenient data statistics, analysis, and traceability, and seamlessly importing data from spreadsheets (such as Excel).
High wire-feeding accuracy
▪ Adopts optimized closed-loop servo control parameters and imported belt drive for faster wire-feeding speed.
▪ Employ a high-precision encoder to ensure wire-feeding accuracy of (1 + 2‰ × L) mm, where L is the length of the wire to be processed.
Powerful crimping function
▪ Employs advanced variable-frequency control, delivering high-precision crimping performance and exceptional stability.
▪ Crimp various chain-type terminals and quickly change the corresponding dies.
▪ Configurable pressure management system that monitors the terminal crimping process in real time, ensuring precise control over the crimp quality of each wire.
