The TCM-80SC heavy-duty stripping-and-crimping integrated machine is a customized solution for crimping round terminals on charging ports and charging guns. It incorporates servo drive, vision inspection, and modular control technologies to perform stripping of conductors with various wire diameters, core insertion, terminal insertion, and terminal crimping. Equipped with an automated robotic gripper and a material-shortage detection system, the machine ensures precise, efficient, and safe wire processing.
