The ESPC-506 5-in-1 high-voltage shielded wire end processing machine is a human–machine collaborative semi-automatic model. After manual loading and start-up, the equipment automatically performs outer jacket stripping, laser cutting and removal of the aluminum foil, shielding mesh cutting, mesh flipping, and inner jacket stripping. With five workstations operating in parallel, it delivers high production efficiency and is well-suited to handling multiple product varieties and small-to-medium batch production needs, making it an efficient and cost-effective solution for the pre-processing of shielded wire ends.

- Coaxial outer jacket stripping: 4 blades for precise cutting, preventing damage to the inner layers.
- Laser cutting of aluminum foil: CNC-adjustable laser focal length, compatible with multiple cable specifications.
- Cutting shield mesh: manufactured from a special tool material for long-lasting durability.
- Screen-flipping mesh: six-sided knife-cut pressing and chopping, with inner and outer casing combined for uniform mesh flipping.
- Coaxial inner-sheath stripping: 4 blades for precise cutting, preventing damage to the inner layer.
